רב בא לעיר: שניר גואטה, כדורגלן העבר שהפך לרב גדול, מגיע לבית שמש

הוא גדל במחלקת הנוער של מכבי חיפה, זומן לנבחרות הנוער של ישראל, שיחק בבוגרים של מכבי נתניה והיום נחשב שניר גואטה לאחד הרבנים המוכרים במדינה. בעוד כשבועיים הוא יתארח בבית שמש

לפני כשבע שנים, הכדורגלן שניר גואטה החליט לעזוב את הכסף, הפרסום והתהילה לטובת בורא עולם. הוא גדל במחלקת הנוער של מכבי חיפה, זומן לנבחרת הנערים ולנבחרת הצעירה של ישראל, שיחק בבוגרים של מכבי נתניה והפועל אשקלון, וגדל לצדם של כדורגלנים בכירים, ביניהם איתי שכטר וחן עזרא.

כיום, כשהוא בן 32, גואטה נחשב לרב מאוד מכובד בקרב רבים. הוא מקיים שיעורי תורה ברחבי הארץ, מייעץ ומסייע לאנשים שנקלעו לקשיים.

בעוד כשבועיים, יום שני, גואטה יתארח בבית כנסת "רינת ישראל" בבית שמש. הוא יעביר שיעור תורה אשר במהלכו צפוי לשתף את הנוכחים בסיפורו האישי. הכניסה חופשית לגברים ונשים.
