מדוברות המשטרה (ירושלים) נמסר כי החשוד, תושב מטה יהודה כבן 60, נעצר הלילה על ידי בלשי המשטרה בביתו, לאחר שהוגשה נגדו תלונה במשטרה, על כך שאתמול פקחית חניה בעיר בית שמש רשמה לרכבו דו"ח בגין חניה במקום המיועד לנכים מבלי שיש ברשותו תו נכה.

החשוד שהבחין בדו"ח, בחר ככל הנראה להתעמת עם הפקחית אותה איתר בקרבת מקום, שם עפ"י החשד איים עליה וקילל אותה.

הבוקר יובא החשוד בפני בית משפט השלום בירושלים, בבקשת המשטרה להאריך את מעצרו.

המשטרה: "משטרת ישראל ככלל רואה בחומרה עבירות איומים ואלימות, ובפרט כאלו המופנות כלפי עובדי ציבור ועובדי רשויות מקומיות המבצעים את תפקידם למען כלל האזרחים, ונמשיך לפעול בנחישות לחקור מקרים אלו".
