יחיאל רוזנברג, חובש באיחוד הצלה שהעניק לו סיוע ראשוני סיפר: "מדובר בפועל שכף ידו נפגעה ממסור. הענקנו לו סיוע רפואי ראשוני ולאחר מכן הוא פונה בניידת טיפול נמרץ להמשך קבלת טיפול רפואי בבית החולים כשמצבו מוגדר בינוני".
