בית שמש: כתב אישום הוגש נגד חולה קורונה שביקר בבית כנסת בעיר

תושב בית שמש בן 56 נאשם כי הגיע לפני כחודשיים וחצי לתפילה בבית כנסת ברמת בית שמש ג', בעודו חולה בקורונה ומחויב בבידוד ביתי

פרקליטות מחוז ירושלים הגישה באחרונה כתב אישום לבית משפט השלום בבית שמש נגד תושב העיר, בן 56, שחלה בקורונה והיה מחויב בבידוד, ובניגוד לחוק, הלך להתפלל בבית כנסת בשכונת רמת בית שמש ג'.

לפי כתב האישום שהוגש נגד התושב, "בתאריך ה-15 לפברואר 2021 הוכרז הנאשם חולה קורונה המטופל בקהילה, המחוייב אשפוז ביתי למשך 10 ימים לפחות, בהתאם לצו בריאות העם".

כחמישה ימים לאחר מכן, בתאריך ה-20 לפברואר, בסמוך לשעה 10:00 בבוקר, "מועד בו היה נדרש לשהות בבידוד מלא", נטען בכתב האישום, "יצא הנאשם מביתו לתפילה בבית הכנסת 'אוהל יוסף', הנאשם שהה בבית הכנסת עד לשעה 11:00 לערך, כשהוא עטוף בשמיכה ומשתעל שיעול כבד, כאשר במקום נכחו מתפללים רבים נוספים".

"במעשיו המתוארים", כך נכתב בכתב האישום, "עשה הנאשם מעשה בהתרשלות העלול להפיץ מחלה שיש בה סכנת נפשות".
