מיזם – הרצאות חמות על הבר שמתקיים עם מרכז הצעירים של עיריית בית שמש בשיתוף בלייקר בייקרי והנהלת מתחם שער העיר, יקיים הרצאות משובחות בכל ימי שני, על הבר.

הרצאה פותחת, קותי סבג, תושב העיר לשעבר, יספר כיצד התחיל השינוי הגדול והתהליך שהוא עבר ועובר, על האח הגדול, תכנית הריאליטי יס מן, והשוני בין בית שמש הקטנה לתל אביב הגדולה.
