במהלך ישיבה של "ועד הגנים הארצי" אשר התקיימה אמש (שלישי), החליטו ראשי המנהל לצרף לפורום הגנים שבעה חברים נוספים. אחד מן הנבחרים הוא דודו עמר, תושב בית שמש ופעיל חברתי מזה 12 שנה, אשר בשנים האחרונות נכנס לעסקי הנדל"ן.

עמר למערכת "כל העיר בית שמש": "שמח לבשר כי נבחרתי להיות חבר בועד המנהל הארצי אשר נועד לייצג את כלל ילדי הגנים בארץ.

בישיבת הועד הארצי שהתקיימה אמש נבחרו 7 חברים לוועד המנהל הארצי של פורום הגנים.

מטרת המפגש היתה לתת דגש על נושאים אותם אנו מעוניינים לקדם במהלך השנה. עיקר הדגש יעמוד על הנושאים הבאים:
1. צוותים ונושא הסייעת השנייה.
2. תחזוקת המבנים.
3. תזונה ואלרגיים.

נושאים אלו מתלווים לנושאים שילוו אותנו לאורך זמן:
1. צוות תקשורת / קשר עם ההורים.
2. לידה עד שלוש.
3. יום לימודים ארוך.

כמו כן, ימשיך הועד המנהל לטפל בקשר ובשיתוף הפעולה עם פורום ועדי ההורים הישוביים, ובשיתוף הפעולה עם משרד החינוך, הסתדרות המורים והשלטון המקומי. בהצלחה רבה לחברי הוועד והמשך פעולה פורה".
