בטקס צנוע ומרגש שהתקיים אתמול, שני, לראשונה לכוחות הביטחון באולם המליאה בעיריית בית שמש העניקה ראש העיר עליזה בלוך אות הוקרה לשני מתנדבי זק״א – יוסף חיים האוזי ודוב לנדאו, אשר מתנדבים בזק"א למעלה מ- 8 שנים בבית שמש והסביבה, בהוקרה על עבודתם המסורה למען תושבי העיר ותרומתם למערך המגן של העיר.

מתנדבי זק״א בית שמש פועלים בעיר ונותנים מעצמם למען התושבים בהצלת חיים ובכבוד המת לאורך השנים האחרונות ובפרט לשנת 2019 שהמתנדבים הללו טיפלו באירועים הקשים בעיר ובסביבתה במסירות אדירה.

אברהם קאפ, מפקד זק״א בית שמש: ״כמה משמח היה לעמוד לצד המתנדבים היקרים והמסורים ולהעניק להם ביחד עם ראש העיר את תעודות ההוקרה. המתנדבים נחשפים לאירועים מאוד קשים וכמו מלאכים הם מגיעים לטפל בהצלת חיים ובכבוד המת. אנחנו שמחים שיש לנו את הזכות לשרת את תושבי בית שמש במסירות ובנחישות ואנחנו כולנו בתקווה ובתפילה שמתנדבי זק״א יטפלו רק באירועים משמחים".
